Your tasks:

• Work in a data analytics team (DevOps) with data scientists and backend developers to enable procurement with data analytics solutions
• Design and implement industrialized dashboards and reports to support international solution lines, countries, and regional companies
• Develop dashboards from scratch, including recording stakeholder requirements, developing drafts/prototypes, and presenting milestones/final results
• Optimize reports and models according to best practices
• Collaborate closely with data engineers to optimize/expand data models
• Define core metrics with business stakeholders and implement them in Power BI reports and cubes/datasets
• Ensure the continuous operation of dashboards/reports by handling user tickets and managing report access
• Choose and develop the right technology based on framework and requirements
• Perform ad-hoc evaluations for strategic issues
• Proactively identify problems and implement appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, ideally in the retail industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in business informatics/statistics/business intelligence/data analytics or professional work experience
• Strong skills in developing responsive reports and dashboards, with the ability to analyze and model complex data sets
• Advanced skills in Power BI Suite, DAX, Excel, with experience in Python, SQL, or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2) and ability to work with direct stakeholder input
• Familiarity with the Azure environment (including Databricks) is a plus
