Who we are looking for and why?
We are currently on the lookout for an exceptional and autonomous DevOps Engineer to become an integral part of our product development and spearhead infrastructure team efforts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle the design, development, and improvement of our infrastructure. What will you do as a DevOps Engineer at Oxla?
- Promote best DevOps practices across product engineering teams
- Manage infrastructure provisioned on various cloud providers and on-premise deployments
- Focus on optimizing infrastructure costs to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost savings.
- Create and maintain workflows written in GitHub Actions
- Maintain the health and stability of the CI environment, working closely with developers to proactively identify, report, and resolve issues
- Keep external libraries in Conan, build with CMake
- Monitor infrastructure and implement alerting mechanisms (preferred grafana/prometheus stack)
What is a must-have to do the job effectively?
- Hands-on experience in building monitoring and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure
- Proficiency in AWS or other cloud provider
- Experience with containerization
- Experience with IaC tools
- Taking initiative in suggesting enhancements
- Ownership mindset, independence in action
- Experience in using Grafana and Prometheus
- Very good command of English (B2+)
What will be nice-to-have that you can bring to the table?
- Knowledge of C, C++, Python, Bash or any other scriptic language,
- Usability of CMake or other C++ build systems,
- Experience using Conan package manager,
- Knowledge of Kubernetes
