About the Team:

As the IT Back Office team, we actively support the development of a variety of applications, including SAP FI, SAP HR, Success Factor, Webcon BPS (Tasker), Rufin, Jira, Confluence, and MyLease. Our role goes beyond day-to-day maintenance, as we deliver innovative technological and process solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. We collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Business Analysts to drive new initiatives, offering effective tools and optimizing existing processes. Our mission is not only to ensure system stability but also to proactively explore new opportunities that contribute to business success.

The team currently consists of 4 members, with plans for expansion in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collecting requirements from the accounting department for the development of SAP FICO.
• Collaborating with external vendors.
• Preparing project documentation and process descriptions/maps.
• Creating interface specifications.
• Testing the system and its extensions or modifications.
• Preparing and conducting training sessions for system users.
• Maintaining and supporting the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A higher education degree in technical or analytical fields.
• Experience in the implementation and/or development of accounting systems, with a strong understanding of financial regulations not only in Poland but also across European countries (e.g., tax regulations such as personal income tax, corporate income tax, VAT).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to find adequate solutions for complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Responsibility and a high level of engagement.
• Intermediate English language skills (B2).

Preferred Technical Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of accounting systems and familiarity with SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
