Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements. Some of the key responsibilities of the Analyst include:

• Acquire datasets that align with business needs
• Develop algorithms to transform data into useful, actionable information
• Build, test, and maintain database pipeline architectures
• Collaborate with management to understand project objectives
• Create new data validation methods and data analysis tools

• Analyze and plan for anticipated changes in data capacity requirements
• Maintain information exchanges through publish, subscribe, and alert functions that enable users to send and receive critical information as required
• Manage the compilation, cataloging, caching, distribution, and retrieval of data
• Monitor and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance
• Perform backup and recovery of databases to ensure data integrity
• Performs configuration management, problem management, capacity management, and financial management for databases and data management systems
• Implement data management standards, requirements, and specifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in the field of data analysis
• Advanced in the R programming language
• Skill in allocating storage capacity in the design of data management systems.
• Skill in conducting queries and developing algorithms to analyze data structures. Proficiency level
• Skill in generating queries and reports. Proficiency level
• Knowledge of SQL at an advanced level
• Skill in maintaining databases. (i.e., backup, restore, delete data, transaction log files, etc.).
• Skill in optimizing database performance.
• Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

• Python, mysql, and time series DB experience to help build network tools & models to provide outputs for capacity management
• Prefer an accredited Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering degree; or a degree in a Mathematics or Engineering field.

Must possess a legal work permit in Poland
